GBWise provides enterprise IT infrastructure services including, but not limited to, network administration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, system administration, and IT support. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are defined in individual service agreements between GBWise and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our services.
• Promptly notify GBWise of any security breaches or unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the GBWise website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of GBWise or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

5. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level commitments, including response times, uptime guarantees, and support availability, are defined in individual service agreements. The general SLA metrics displayed on our website represent our standard commitments and may be customized per engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. GBWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a client breaches these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to our operations or other clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
